Jam...as in sylt...

I dag så såg jag att hallon buskarna "dignade " av frukt . Hmmm -  hatar att plocka bär.
Ringde till modern och tvingade henne att komma hit och plocka ! Haha !
Nu kokas det hallon sylt för fulla muggar .
Jag har även kokat Aprikos sylt / marmelad med en touch av Konjak i . Köpte färska aprikoser för en billig peng i går och det blir så gott !
Och jag tillägger att det är så lite socker som möjligt i vår sylt - bättre att ha den i frysen än att ha så mycket socker.

Today I saw that the raspberry bushes "stagger" of fruit. Hmmm - hate to pick berries.
Called  the mother and forced her to come here and pick! Haha!
Now we are  cooking raspberry jam and rocks.

I have also boiled apricot jam / marmalade with a touch of Cognac in. I bought fresh apricots for a cheap price yesterday and it is so good!
And I should add that there is as little sugar as possible in our jam - better to have it in the freezer than to have so much sugar.
